Kirkhaven Employees

All six Senior Leadership Staff members have Bachelors degrees, and four of the six hold Masters degrees. Among Leadership Staff members, seven have Masters degrees.

Kirkhaven is fortunate to have two fully-licensed nursing home administrators on staff. Our three medical doctors are all Board Certified Geriatricians. We have a total of 37 RNs, 32 LPNs, and 104 Certified Nursing Assistants working at Kirkhaven. Our staff-to-resident ratio is one of the highest among Rochester Area nursing care facilities.

Beyond formalized degrees, Kirkhaven takes great pride in its Training and Development Department, which provides on-going quality education programs designed to maintain or increase the competencies of all Kirkhaven employees.
